Kelly Twigger is the Editor-in-Chief of E-discovery Bytes and Chair of the Electronic Discovery Committee at Quarles & Brady. Kelly is a partner in the Commercial Litigation group with extensive experience in managing complex discovery matters and large document productions. She is a frequent speaker on electronic discovery issues and regularly advises clients on developing electronic records retention policies in preparation for electronic discovery. Katherine Perhach is the co-Editor-in-Chief of E-discovery Bytes and an eighth year associate in the firm's Milwaukee office. Josephine Benkers practices in the areas of intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation. Her experience in intellectual property litigation has included a variety of patent infringement, copyright and trade secrets disputes. Susan Salmon is an eighth year associate in Q&B's Tucson office where her practice focuses on commercial litigation. She has significant experience with electronic discovery in complex civil litigation, including supervising teams of attorneys and information technology personnel in the collection and review of electronic documents. Joe Wilson is an associate in Quarles and Brady's Labor and Employment and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He is frequently involved in e-discovery disputes, and has even caused a few himself. Peter Dennis is an associate in Q&B's Naples office where he splits his time between the commercial litigation and labor and employment practices.
